WRX & ZWX WILL BECOME GOTRIANGLE GREEN AS ROUTE IMPROVEMENTS BEGIN
Effective Sunday, November 9th Routes WRX and ZWX will be served by green GoTriangle buses.
WRX | Brochure
Service will operate every hour on weekdays between Triangle Town Center and Downtown Wake Forest. Two morning trips will continue to operate from Wake Forest to Downtown Raleigh. Two afternoon trips will continue to operate from Downtown Raleigh to Wake Forest. All other day trips will circulate between Wake Forest and Triangle Town Center. During non-peak times, passengers can reach Downtown Raleigh by connecting to GoRaleigh Route 1 at Triangle Town Center, which offers 10-minute frequency. In addition, some stops in Downtown Raleigh will no longer be served.

Effective Monday, November 10th GoTriangle will adjust weekday PM trips on Route 100 from Raleigh to the Regional Transit Center. These adjustments will improve transfers at Regional Transit Center.

Effective Sunday, November 9th, GoTriangle will revise the Route 300 weekday and Sunday schedule to improve on-time performance. This will include a brand-new Sunday schedule along with improved transfers at Cary Depot.
Route 305 | Brochure
Effective Monday, November 10th, GoTriangle will revise Route 305 with a new weekday schedule to improve on-time performance.
Routes 400 and 405 | Brochure
Effective Sunday, November 9th, GoTriangle will revise the weekday schedules of Routes 400 and 405 to improve on-time performance and maintain even 15-minute intervals before 7pm.
Route 700 | Brochure
Effective Monday, November 10th, GoTriangle will change Route 700 departure times back to :00 and :30 on weekday afternoons at Durham Station to reduce transfer time at Durham Station.

Route 100 to offer 15-minute service & new access to Durham destinations on Route 700 and new Route 705
GoTriangle is proposing changes to span, frequency and the alignment of some routes in March of 2026 – along with the proposed addition of a new route. The proposed changes, listed below, will aid in expanding and optimizing service to better connect people and the region with high-quality transit.
Route 310
Route 310
Route 310 will be realigned to serve the Walmart off of Shiloh Glenn Dr. in Morrisville. It will increase access to a high-demand shopping center and remove three low-ridership stop pairs in Perimeter Park, along Carrington Mill Blvd. The route will continue to operate every 30 minutes Monday-Friday from 6am – 6:30pm and hourly until 9:30pm. The Morrisville Smart Shuttle will continue to serve all stops within Perimeter Park.

Route 700 & 705
GoTriangle proposes improvements to Route 700 and a new Route 705, operating between Downtown Durham and the Regional Transit Center (RTC). These improvements aim to enhance regional access to key destinations and provide more trips within this corridor. Route 700 will serve more locations than before with more service hours than new Route 705. Route 705 will provide a faster weekday connection between Durham and the RTC, while expanding service within Research Triangle Park.
Route 700
GoTriangle proposes a realignment of Route 700 in order to expand regional access to many major destinations and corridors in Southeast Durham at 30-minute service frequency, seven days a week. This route is being realigned to restore regional transit access to North Carolina Central University (NCCU) and Durham Technical Community College (Durham Tech) and add access to communities along Ellis Rd and Miami Blvd.

Route 705
Proposed Route 705 is a new route that will provide direct access to more of Research Triangle Park, including Hub RTP and Boxyard RTP. This route will provide a faster option to support transfers at Durham Station and the Regional Transit Center (RTC). It will operate every 30 minutes on weekdays from 6am-7pm. Evening trips and weekend service between Durham and the RTC will be available on a realigned Route 700.
